I FELT IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE BECAUSE THERE WAS NO HASSLE LIKE SOME MORTGAGE COMPANIES. IT WAS A NICE RATE 5% WHICH WAS WONDERFUL AND WE ONLY HAD TO WAIT 7 DAYS FOR FUNDING. NICE!
