 + -1 moreI FELT IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE BECAUSE THERE WAS NO HASSLE LIKE SOME MORTGAGE COMPANIES. IT WAS A NICE RATE 5% WHICH WAS WONDERFUL AND WE ONLY HAD TO WAIT 7 DAYS FOR FUNDING. NICE!
Description of Work: APPLIED FOR $50,000 HOME EQUITY LOAN FOR IMPROVEMENT AND POSSIBLE SALE OF THE HOUSE. THEY WERE ABLE TO APPROVE RIGHT AWAY WITH NOT MUCH PROBLEM AND WE HAD IT FUNDED IN 7 DAYS.
