Artisan Concrete Construction

From the moment I made the first call into Artisan Concrete, I was very impressed with the owner Jeff (I called Friday afternoon). He said he would be at our house the following morning (Saturday) to give us an estimate on the job. He showed up 10 minutes early. Which was a surprise to us as we had called several other contractors prior to finding Artisan who either never showed up, or showed up late. When they did show up, you could just feel they did not have their heart into the work. Jeff is very professional and very friendly guy. We knew it the moment we met him that this was going to be the company we were going to choose for our job. His estimate was very reasonable. The time frame he gave us to complete the job from start to finish was very accurate. They actually finised before the time frame we were given. We were very impressed that the Owner Jeff was at the job site from start to finish working along side his wonderful workers. He puts his heart and soul into all of his jobs. He has a great team of professional hard working employess. Our driveway is the most beautiful driveway in our neighborhood. All of your neighbors have come by to look at the job and are very impressed with the work and how fast they got the job done. They have all said when they are ready to have new driveways put in they will use Artisan Concrete. One of our neighbors is having Artisan Concrete do their driveway in the next week or so. Our paver walkway and patio steps are beautiful as well, the colors of our pavers flow with the color of concrete on the driveway and the work is just beautiful. We recommend Artisan Concrete 150% to anyone who is in need of any type of concrete or paver work. They do wonderful Stamped & Textured work as well.

I thought that they did a great job, but I found out after they had completed the job that they had broken a pipe under the driveway. They said they did not break the pipe, but there was no one else that would have broken the pipe. They were very nice and I believe they did a good job at the time, but he would not take the responsibility for breaking the sprinkler line. Luckily, the water leaking out did not cause anymore damage. We ended up having to dig up the line and cap it off. When they took the board off from around the edges they left nails all over.

Working with Artisan has been a dream. The owner, Jeff, came out the same day I called to give me an estimate. He came back a second time to meet with my husband and answer all of our questions. Upon acceptance of the job, Jeff called to check in with me and tell me that while he was busy, he had not forgotten about us. He called again 5 days before the start of the job to tell me what time to expect his crew. The crew of 3 (including Jeff) arrived promptly and removed the old driveway quickly. He knew that I had a baby that napped at a certain time and made sure that all jackhammering was completed so she could sleep. When a discussion arose about removing a hedge, he called a fencing company that he had used to come out and give us an estimate so we could make a decision. He has gone way beyond my expectations, and I am sure that the rest of the job will go as smoothly as the first day.

This company was nothing short of amazing! The bid came in thousands of dollars, under all the other quotes we got. The owner, Jeff, instantly made me feel that I was in the hands of a competent professional who cared about his work. They showed up on time, performed every action as described in the contract, and the final results were even better than my mind's eye had imagined. Jeff and his crew truly are some of the last ''artisans'' on the planet.

THE PEOPLE WERE WONDERFUL. THEY WERE VERY THOROUGH AND THEY DID THINGS OUT OF THE ORDINARY TO MAKE IT STRONGER. THE QUALITY WAS VERY GOOD. THE MAN THAT OWNS THE COMPANY IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND NICE.
