American Water Restoration

They were great in the beginning but end ed u p to be bad at communicating. They took longer for the job than needed. Our ins. paid $6200, their estimate was $10,2000. They wanted to replace all cabinets, which was not necessary. They were going to steam clean the carpet so I asked them to upholstery clean 3 pcs of furniture. I would pay them. I asked for a new ceiling evaporator cover which I would pay for, $30 it was so rusty. They never did it after agreeing. They never put up a bathroom cabinet saying a plumber took it down. We ended up paying someone to finish. They blew us off and to me were disrespectful.

We had a leak in our kitchen on December 14th, 2020. We had no idea what we were in for, and we are so grateful that we turned to American Water Restoration. Ernie was fantastic and was so helpful in navigating us through every step, including how to deal with our home owners insurance. He was really proactive in getting things done for us even though it happened over the holidays and then was finishing up during the COVID-19 outbreak. Ernie and his whole crew were great about first taking care of all the water damage, doing the demo of everything that had to be taken out, packing up most of our house and storing everything, taking care of all repairs and remodeling. We would not be happier with the way our house turned out and the whole experience working with American Water Restoration. Highly recommend!!!

Started poorly with different company. Hired American Water Restoration (AWR) and the project took off awesomely! American Water Restoration Company (AWR) saved our home from major water damage. Their motto is “customer first” and they live it! We began our project with another company. Dissatisfied, we went to YELP and found AWR. Ernie, who takes responsibility to direct the project by assigning the right people, is the most professional and experienced individual in the water damage business. When we had Issues with a diverse group of items, he stepped in and resolved them. So call them and ask for Ernie first. Alex, our project manager, made the impossible happen. He really could direct a team and made a complex project look easy. He meets commitments and make things happen. One of the best reasons AWR was the best choice for us is that they worked directly with our insurance adjuster. Who better to explain the project and convince insurance why they require the money they’ve asked for. When more money was needed because of an unpredicted issue, Ernie went to our insurance company and proved it. They got the additional funds which saved us a significant amount of money,
