I was disappointed to have this happen to me. Although the springs were put in correctly and quickly, the sales pitch upon meeting the rep was not very professional at all. I was told that the replacement springs were coming from a company in Buena Park, CA specializing in high quality products. I was also told if I were interested in getting a new garage door opener, he can strike up a deal not relating to the company he works with. I said no to that. The quote for the springs were insanely high in comparison to the standard ones I priced out. Again, he assured me you get what you pay for with this Buena Park company and I shouldn't go with the Mickey Mouse type of product that I researched. He comes back to install the springs with another person and it ended up being the same product as the one I priced out. I honestly did not want to fight this, just wanted him to leave the premises. Before handing him the check he then told me if I paid a certain amount of money to change out another set of springs and the garage door opener he'd offer me a good price undercutting the company he works for. He wasn't threatening, just very pushy and dishonest.
