We hired Ace Demo to remove our garden shed w/electrical, and reroute the conduit. We also had a weight machine inside we needed moved, and a walkway of brick pavers moved. Everything was done professionally and with ease. The weight machine was taken apart, moved, and put back together, and the brick pavers were stacked so we could use them again. They were very accommodating, and the price was right. We highly recommend Ace Demo, and we would hire them again. Thanks Paul, Adam, and Eric.

They were there at every step, from permit through inspection, to make sure everything went well. There were some delays on my end to wait for Ellis Act clearance from the city and Erez was completely understanding and ready to work as soon as possible. I would highly recommend Ace Demolition!

Thankfully I was home during the demolition! I had to stop them on more than one occasion, because they started demolishing more than what I asked them to. I had to have them come back to fix a few things, such as the stucco on the corner of the house and some holes in my block wall that they ran into with the mini excavator. For the most part they did a good job.

Overall, they did a great job. Cheaper than anyone else. A few things I would've done differently, but it's OK. They did everything I asked for with no problems. I'd hire them again.

We had our pool filled in and all the concrete decking around it removed. The team did a fantastic job and were very fast. They stayed on budget and were very easy to work with. They were very easy to communicate with. They listened to us, always returned our calls, they arrived on time and were just excellent in every way. I would definitely use them again.
