He looked at our old shower and gave us options for replacing it. We picked out the tile and he picked them up from the retailer. He showed up on time on the appointed day. The work was all performed on schedule. He kept us advised as to the progress and made sure we knew what the next steps would be. He cleaned up after each day and took care to make sure everything was spotless when the job was completed.
