The job was awesome from start to finish. Demo was done in 2 days. Prep and installation, grout took about 10 days. Some of the furniture, the big pieces, were moved around inside the house and the guys worked around it. Everyday, coming home after work was a beautiful surprise to see the progress they made. I could not have asked for a better experience!! I am soooo happy with the end result!! Just beautiful new flooring!!!! Efrain did all the estimations, and his two men who did the actual work were prompt, courteous, pleasant, and knowledgeable. the BEST!!
From the first interaction with the receptionist, I was a happy camper. The woman who answered the phone was pleasant, professional and took all my information and said someone would call me back. I got a call back before the end of the day.
Mr. Yantz called me and said someone would be out in the morning.
His employee showed up on time did a great job, worked during the time he was here. I got a name to retro fit the cabinet door and drawer. Charged me for the work at a reasonable rate.
Very satisfied and would refer my family and friends and will use the company again.
