"Norma I will not tolerate slander to my business. You were provided with excellent service. Including a proper consultation with what to expect, what would be required of you to have a successful outcome, and pricing. Its people like you that ruin it for others. All expectations were clear prior to scheduling. You asked to pay at the end of the week and then made up excuses about why you wouldn't be home for payment on more than one occasion. You took advantage of my small business, my kindness and my employee that was expecting a paycheck for his scheduled time. Which as a business owner I still had to provide. Trying to harm a small business with a poor review when you are choosing to not pay for multiple days of service is gross behavior. I will be taking further action moving forward regarding this matter."
