Juan arrived before the scheduled time, did an excellent job on the trimming and pruning, and finished off with a very thorough cleanup. I would definitely hire him again.

The person lost interest after a couple of months. Degenerated into a mow-blow-go even if the grass was not big enough. Steep charges for anything beyond mow-blow.

Beware! He promises to do a project and to do all the details. Then does not do all details and doubles his original dollar estimate for the cost of the job and requests payment. He cashes checks and sends the money to Mexico. Do not know if he has a work permit to work in the U.S.A.

The work was not for lawn and maintenance care. HomeAdvisor.com site would not allow me to change the purpose. Work was for removal of six medium to large fruit trees in my backyard. Juan did a fantastic job. He completed the job in one day. The work area was cleared of all debris, and left cleaner than when he started. I would hire Juan for my future yard work.

During Juan's first visit to work on our front yard, he spent nearly 4 hours and did a fabulous job. That's probably more time than our former 2 "mow and blow" guys spent on our yard during all of last year!! Juan seems very conscientious and willing to go the extra mile to do what needs to be done. He will be helping us every other week for now, and perhaps more often if we decide it's necessary. He is a very pleasant person to work with.
