Juan and his crew were amazing. We had 3 huge cedars and a smaller tree that needed to be taken down in our front and back yards. He and his team were extremely professional and efficient, assuring none of our surrounding neighbors were negatively impacted (especially given they had to assure tree limbs did not fall into surrounding yards, that the landscape wasn't irritated with their large equipment, cleaned up all the debris and wood chips, hauled away the wood, and completed the job in 2.5 days!) We were quoted by many respectable and well-known local tree services, and Golden Forest was by far the cheapest (nearly half or more). Juan was great to work with, and we would highly recommend!

We had a giant sequoia and giant Douglas fir tree each close to 90 ft tall and with a 3-4 ft diameter that were getting too heavy and becoming a liability. Golden Forest was extremely quick to respond, and they were our lowest bid BY FAR. They were a good 20k cheaper than our most expensive bid. Juan and his team worked safely, effectively, and quickly. They left our yard cleaner than it was before. Great company. Very pleased with their service. Will be contracting them again for any future tree needs.

Juan Chavez is an excellent tree trimming/removal specialist. He takes time to find out what you want for your trees & landscape. He is an excellent listener and also doesnâ t hesitate to make suggestions. He will consult with you again before beginning the work, and during the job if you have several trees (I had a very pitchy and lopsided pine to remove, and 11 incense cedars to limb up for wildfire abatement). He has a great management styleâ friendly, open to learning yet authoritative; careful yet efficient. He seemed to be an excellent boss to the 2 workers with him. My yard was complicated by having many bamboo stalks to remove in order to reach one of the cedarsâ which Juan & crew cheerfully dispatched. He was prompt for the estimate, and for the job. He gave me a precise estimate for removing the pine, and a very rough estimate for trimming the cedars & removing bamboo as needed. He stuck with the rough estimateâ he and crew completed the job by early afternoon.
