The Maids of Redwood City

I've used The Maids of RWC for about five or six years and have been very happy with their service.  They meet the qualifications that I have for a maid service:
-First off, I trust them in my home.  Maria, the lead for my group, has been coming since the beginning (although she wasn't always the boss.)  I usually get the same three people, although since we've been with them so long, that obviously changes a bit over time.  But I feel very comfortable leaving them alone in my home.  After four years, I gave them a key and they let themselves in.
-Secondly, they are very easy to communicate with and have been very accommodating.  When I originally signed with them, I asked for the coveted Friday slot and it was not a problem at all.  Any time I've called to make changes or add days, they've been able to fulfill my requests.  I call and speak to Lou in the office and she's very friendly and helpful.  And at least one member of every crew speaks English, maybe not fluently, but I've never had a problem communicating with them.
-The prices are comparable to what I've paid in the past.
-As far as their cleaning, they do a pretty good job.  I gave them a B, but it should be more like a B+ or A-.  But I've found that no one cleans a house like you would.  I'm generally not a complainer, but when I've pointed out any issues they've done a better job in the future.
-Punctuality is the other B that I gave.  They tend to keep the same schedule for a long time, arriving at approximately the same time each week, then something will change.  Overall this doesn't bother me, as long as they're out by 5pm.  But sometimes, it's annoying that they're still there when the kids get home from school and I had thought they'd be there in the morning.

I thought they did a good job but they had a hard time with punctually.
