Computer Repair
A friend of mine recommended using support.com (I never heard of them) so I called them up (1-800-PC-Support) and they were able to fix my computer right away. The guy stayed on the phone and talked me through everything he was doing while he took over my computer to fix the problem. Everything is done remotely so I didn't have to leave home and better yet, I didn't have a stranger in my house. I ended up signing up for a subscription plan ($19.99/month) so if I run into any other problems with my computer, I can call them up and they'll fix it for free.
