David was very professional and courteous. After describing what I needed on the phone, he gave me an estimate based on my description and the overall size of my cabinet. He informed me, that he wouldn't be able to start on the job, for 3 or 4 weeks. He suggested bringing in the cabinet, to show him and if I wanted him to do the work, I could leave the cabinet. When I brought it in, David showed me around the shop, to see several wood finishing jobs his small staff was working on. We then went into his office, where he showed me some samples of various dark finishes on light wood pieces, so we were able to quickly determine the color I wanted. David completed the work on time and I am very happy with the color and finish on the cabinet. Overall, I am very pleased with this entire transaction.
