I've had great experience with them. They're extremely reliable. We get notices in advance in email if they need to disrupt service briefly for equipment maintenance. There are few such interruptions, of short duration, and typically they are at low usage times like midnight. And the few times that we've had a problem, like when the transceiver on the roof got knocked down by a huge windstorm, Bill was very responsive getting back to us quickly and replacing it.
