It has been interesting managing property with someone long distance. You have to be clear on who said what. There were some things that I thought he was going to do, that I ended up doing. I am not sure how much of that is either one of us or how much of it is the fact that the business he really is the real estate part and the other part is he can recommend vendors. However, when I encountered them they did not have hardly any staff to back him up. Which he had to be both the real estate agent and the property manager. I was doing the part that was not really do able. It would be better if everyone had clearer idea of what was going on in the first place. The price is reasonable. I log in and see what the tenant is commenting on needing repaired. Once in a while, I approve things that need to be done because they do not have a corporate credit card that then can be paid by the rent. There was something wrong with the stove and in order to get the repairman out there, I had to put it on my credit card. They are professional.
