Air Duct Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning
No inventory was taken of personal property removed from the house at the time of the black water incident. Subsequently, non-affected items were randomly removed. Staff members were inept/inexperienced, lacking follow through. Oriental rug and rug pads were lost/stolen and never recovered. The vendor was verbally abusive and would not agree to pay full retail value of the lost/stolen rug. This feedback has been passed along to State Farm, but Service Master is still considered one of their ''premier'' partners. Go figure.
