Jeff was able to provide an accurate quote via email. I sent him photos and dimensions of the window. I made a few adjustments to the logo and took quite a while to get back to him, but he was very patient and quick to respond at all times. Once I gave him the 'ok' to proceed, he was out within 2 days for the installation. He was early and worked very efficiently. The finished product looks great!
