We purchased a very large antique armoire from a person that was 2 hours away. Since the piece was so large, we couldn't fit it in our truck, and decided to hire a delivery service. S&R delivery had great references from reliable sources, and their prices were very reasonable so we decided to go with them.
We could not have been more pleased. The entire process from start to finish was handled very professionaly, and our piece was handled with extreme care. They wrapped it in blankets, and then again with plastic wrap, protecting it from the rain and any damage. Our armoire arrived in exactly the same condition that it was in when it left the prior owner's home.
The gentlemen that delivered the piece were great - friendly, nice and very caring of not only the piece they were delivering, but our home as well.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and if I ever need a delivery service again, they are the first company I will call.
