The service is very fast. He is efficient. He gives me a good price on things. He does a good job. Sometimes when I call he will say "I'm just driving by and I will come right over."

Everything was fine. He came over and I told him what I wanted. He went over and bought it.  He came right back and installed it. He had a helper with him. They put it in and everything was fine.

I called to make the appointment on a Wednesday and they were able to come that Friday (2 days) at 10:00 am. At about 9:35 am the doorbell rang and it was the plumber! They were actually early. There were two men so I was immediately concerned that the price was going to be high (turned out to be true). I walked them down the hall to the slow tub (it was taking about 10 minutes for the water from a shower to drain). First they tried snaking the tub drain, but no joy. Then t hey started looking for a clean-out on the outside walls of the house (no luck). They quickly determined that they would have to go up on the roof and snake from the bathroom vent pipe. I have had plumbers and handymen tell me they won't go up on a roof, so I was extremely pleased that Ron Williams were willing to go the extra mile to get the tub draining again. At about 9:50 am, the doorbell rang and one of the men showed me the problem - the largest ever wad of hair I have *ever* seen come out of a drain! It looked like a small comet with the tail and all! By 10:00 am I had paid them and they were gone. Total time on the job, less than 30 minutes. The bill? $200.00!! I have had plumbers and handymen do jobs in the past and this was the biggest bill for the shortest amount of time I've ever received. On the plus side, there was no and quot;tripand quot; charge (to cover their gas and time to get to my house). Another plus is that since they cleared the pipes at a spot further down the line than just the tub drain, I am confident that it will be a long time until we need to have that tub. But right at the moment of reading the bill, there was extreme sticker shock!!! We have used them in the past and the price has been reasonable (if it hadn't, we wouldn't have called them out again). This time I just feel like this was not as good a value. $200.00 for less than 30 minutes? All I can say is, and quot;Ouch :-(and quot;. I am writing this a couple of months after the fact so the feeling of shock has subsided for the most part. So when I started writing this review, I said that and quot;Noand quot; I would not used them in the future. After I finished, I changed it to and quot;Yesand quot; because they did an exceptional job ahead of schedule and were in and out of our home quickly. All good stuff. Just be aware and ask beforehand about the price of the job. I did learn that lesson at least.

He was prompt and professional. When we explained the issue while making the appointment, he was able to diagnose the problem and give us an estimate. When we agreed to the estimate, he efficiently fixed our problem and stopped the leakage from the upstairs bathroom into the downstairs powder room.

I called Ron Williams Heating and Plumbing because I had used them previously to replace a blower motor in my heater and was pleased with the service and price. This time I had plumbing that was and quot;moaning and groaningand quot; and I noticed that my water bill had been creeping up.
They arrived right on time, introduced themselves and got right to work diagnosing the problems. One had to crawl under the house to follow the noise and finally traced it to an old pressure valve where the water comes into the house. The other plumber checked my toilets and found a leaking flapper which he said could be contributing to my increased water bills, so he replaced it. They didn't have the parts with them to fix the valve, so we agreed they would return the following week. I offered to pay the bill for the flapper and the time they spent diagnosing but they said I could just pay them when they returned to fix the valve. The following week they showed up on time (early actually!), fixed the problem and it's been fine ever since.
I did think the final bill was a bit pricy on labor, but I did not ask ahead of time what the hourly labor fee was. However, I don't mind paying a bit more for a job done right the first time.

He is responsive and small enough to get to the job done quick.

They have always given excellent service in a professional manner at a reasonable cost.
