RIPPLE EFFECT WATER GARDENS

Very good service. Dispatcher kept me up to date with time of arrival of technician. Technician was very knowledgable and solved the problem within a couple of hours.

We have a large pond in the back yard, which has two waterfalls. They were down to a trickle and we called Ripple Effect to come bring them back to life. They sent Mario, who came out and found that one of the recirculation pipe joints had a broken valve, and needed to be replaced. We agreed to installation of the new joint as well as a power washing of the pond to get rid of a years' worth of algae. Mario came back 4 days later with the replacement joint and installed it, and then phoned me to let me know that this didn't completely fix the flow problem, and requested permission to enter the recirculation system at a different point to clear a blockage. Mario charged $150 for the first hour in which he diagnosed the problem, then $650 for the power washing and replacement of the joint near the pump, and $75/hour for labor to clear the blocked pipe.

Perfect! The rocks were delivered one day and the next day the crew arrived in force bright and early. This was one of the happiest, hard working crews I have ever seen. I couldn't believe how they manhandled huge boulders. They put in a 12 hour day! Had it fired up and running with plants and lights that evening. We couldn't believe it! We had dinner outside that night with a wonderful view and sound. The next day the electrician arrived for the final wiring hookup. They removed and wrapped many of our plants to make room for the fall and then replanted them the next day where ever we wanted them. They installed about 15 water plants that they supplied. They protected our lawn with plywood sheets for the wheel burrows hauling rocks and left the yard clean and undamaged. You wouldn't know they had been there and the water fall looks like it has always been there.

I contacted Ripple Effect and within a week had Mario at my door giving me ideas and costs. I asked if the work could be done within the same week for a BBQ that I was hosting. No problem. The crew were there on time. They were fantastic, pleasant and hard workers. The job took 3 days. On the first and second days the pond was dug out. On day 3 the trench for the falls was dug. The rocks and stones were then put into place. The labor in getting the rocks in place on the hill was incredible. The job was done quickly, professionally and with smiles by all. I am very happy with my new water feature. My friends tell me that the water feature looks natural and also gives the impression that it has been there forever.

All aspects went exceptionally well from start to finish. The principal (Blasing) is careful, very well organized, and has a very good crew of workers. The water features are very well designed, and all equipment appears to be of high quality. The results of the effort are beautiful and we are very satisfied.
