It went pretty well. They did the work very quickly and did it when they said they would. It turned out to be more than they said it would be. I wanted them to put in a larger gas line and I'm not sure if they did that are not.

I can say that I have always liked them. They have done very good work for us and are very reliable and professional. They have always been very friendly, and I consider their prices to be very fair for the work they do.

They did a great job and were very straightforward. We got three estimates, and they were in the middle. They weren't the cheapest, but not the most expensive either. They were up front with us and were a real pleasure to work with.

The furnace that I previously had put in had a defect, as a ball of fire came out of the furnace when I turned it on. I had called the factory representative, and they had one of their contractors, Redwood Plumbing and Heating come out to my home and replace the whole furnace at no cost to me. They had good workmanship.

Overall I was very happy with this company, and they did an excellent job with the drains. The hourly fee is pretty high, but he completed the job in less than an hour. He was very nice, and professional. I was happy with the punctuality, quality and professionalism from this company. I would use them again in the future.

THE WORK WAS DONE CORRECTLY AND ON TIME. THE GAS LINE MOVE WAS VERY STRAIGHT FORWARD, BUT THE ADDITIONAL PLUMBING WORK WAS DIFFICULT TO DO. THE WORK THEY DID ENDED UP NOT MEETING CURRENT BUILDING CODES.

AFTER THEIR INSPECTOR FOUND THE CRACK IN THE FURNACE AND PROVIDED AN ESTIMATE. I WENT AND GOT TWO MORE ESTIMATES FROM OTHER COMPANIES. REDWOOD MECHANICAL WERE AT LEASE TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS CHEAPER THAN THE OTHER. THEY ALSO WERE WILLING TO WORK WITH ME AS FAR AS GETTING THE RIGHT FURNACE THAT I NEEDED. THE JOB THEY DID TURN OUT TO BE VERY WELL DONE.
