Yes, I recommend this pro
I have used his services twice as a buyer and once as a seller. He is a great real estate agent. He takes a certain percentage, but I don?t know if he negotiates now because of the economy. He is an all-around and nice guy. He sold my parents house too. He is really straight up and honest. He wasn?t negotiating on the percentage when I worked with him. However, you get what you pay for. I would definitely use his services in the future too.
