Pro Roto

I thought my clothes washer drain was clogged, but Leo immediately diagnosed the clog as being elsewhere. He cleaned the correct drain quickly, was courteous, kept me informed about what he was doing and why, and cleaned up thoroughly when done. We rescue dogs, and he was patient while I maneuvered them out of his way. At one point they surrounded him, barking and jumping, and he stayed calm -- didn't excite them and didn't get annoyed. And my drain now runs fine :-).

We had a minor sewer lateral backup issue on a Friday night. I scheduled Pro Roto to come out early on Saturday. They were on time and very professional. Because the cleanout is in the crawl space accessible from the garage, they hand-pulled the snake out of the drain (rather than putting the machine in reverse) to avoid making a mess in the garage. I really appreciated the care they showed for our home.

Speedily done in two days with only a brief shutoff of the water. My only complaint is I have yet to receive the paper documentation specifying my guarantee and a paid receipt.

They were on time and thorough very pleased. Marcos gave me a complete description of the work he was doing.

We are really happy this project turned out so well. It was a big undertaking and we knew would take some time, however, Marco and Pro Roto did a wonderful job. They were prompt to answer all our questions and concerns even when off the clock. I recommend them for all of your plumbing needs. Marco is very good at listening to your concerns. He explains your options and has very good ideas. Pro Roto was very good about keeping our house clean during the bathroom remodel. They put down paper and plastic to protect our floors and walls.

The guys did an amazing job and they guarantee their work. I would highly recommend them.

They are very professional, they tell you upfront what the cost will be, when and how long the job will take. They finish the job on time and clean everything behind. I wouldn't hesitate to call them anytime if I had any plumbing emergency.

It was awesome! When I called Pro Roto i talked with Isaac. He was great and sent out his brother Marco. Marco got here in less then 20 mins, and got the job fixed in 30 mins. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He told me I had a plug at my y connector, snaked my line then cleaned it out as well. Highly recommend these guys when you need your plumbing lines cleaned. I would use them again. Marco also told me they do sewer repair and I would have 100% confidence in using them for that also.
