Horrible experience. they take your money, don't fix your appliance, then won't return or even call back. worst retail experience I've ever encountered.

Today was the third visit for them. The first time, they came, diagnosed the problem, determined they needed more parts, and left. The second time a week or so later, he came back with a part, tried replacing it, and it did not fix the problem. He determined he needed some more parts. He also attempted to get the bolt off of one of the other burners, but it was stuck. He applied some penetrating oil (like Loctite) and left. Today, the third time, a different person came. He showed up over 40 minutes past the end of the 4 hour window they had given me (even though I had spoken to him on the phone an hour before and he said he would just be just a few minutes late). Already, there was not enough time for him to fix the problem because I was going to have to leave in 15 minutes. As he started to try to get the bolt off the burner, I could see that it was not going to go well. He put a socket on the brass bolt and then got out a pair of vice grips and tried to turn the socket using the wrench. To anyone with any mechanical knowledge, this is obviously not a good strategy. Now, I have my own set of sockets which I was willing to loan to him, but he would hear nothing of it. “I know what I’m doing,” he said. Next, he tried the vice grips directly on the bolt, which is made of brass -- a soft metal. Any qualified repairperson would know that this would mangle the bolt severely and make it impossible to get off ever again. I said, “Don’t do that, you will ruin the bolt!” But he did it anyway, and, guess what, he mangled the bolt. After that, he quickly said he needed to order more parts and practically ran out of the house. Subsequently, I contacted my home warranty company and requested a different (and competent) company be assigned to my work order. I’m not going to risk having them come back a fourth time. You may ignore this experience and choose to go with Peninsula Appliance Repair, but if you do, consider yourself warned. If you have a nice stove like mine, don’t let these guys ruin it.
