Very professional service.   These guys know what they are doing.   They do what is needed and no more.   They will tell you if there is a cheaper way of doing something, or if something does not need to be done.   On the other hand, they will also tell you when a cheaper alternative will get you in trouble.   They have serviced the equipment on our pool for the past year and we have been very happy with their service.

I do not recommend this company for spa service, but for pool service they may be okay. I inherited this spa as part of my new home and hired Parker's to clean the spa for me and (as they recommended) convert to the Bromine chemical system. The person they sent over was a very poor communicator and did not do a careful job. He left me without any written instructions for maintaining the chemical balance and sold me a testing kit more appropriate for a pool than a spa. I later found out that most people use test strips, but I had 12-15 different colored bottles of chemicals. They should not have agreed to take on this job since they were not experienced in caring for spas as pools. I called back later and asked them to send me the written instructions but I never received these. In addition, the advice they gave by phone for how to bring the spa back in balance was wrong according to another company.
