They cleaned my living room, dining room and stairs carpet and they did a superior job. I was very, very, very happy with them. My carpet was really dirty with my dog that have been laying around all over the carpet and I didn't think it would come clean and they surpasses my expectations. The cleaning was all natural. It dried very quickly and they use very little water unlike previous companies. It dried very quickly.

I was so impressed. He did a wonderful job and would recommend him to anyone. He is very thorough and the dirty spots you cannot see them at all. I used that space for six years and he was able to remove everything and the place looks like new.

They gave us a quote over the phone. They didn't come in the door and tell us what we did and didn't need. They spot cleaned the stains first. They asked what they were so they could tell me the likelihood the spot would come out.

Bob arrived over an hour late for our appointment, but he did call ahead to say he was running late. He worked hard for over 3 hours to complete the job, applying and brushing in the oxifresh cleaner so that everything seemed very clean. The next day, there was a crusty residue on the microfiber furniture (sofa, loveseat and chair), so I called Bob. He came that afternoon and vacuumed the brushed the furniture for over an hour until it all was good again.
