I FAVOR THE OSH STORE IN REDWOOD CITY BECAUSE OF THEIR WILLING AND KNOWLEDGABLE STAFF. I NEVER FEEL LIKE I AM IMPOSING ON THEM. THE NURSERY STAFF IS PARTICULARLY HELPFUL. I PERFER SHOPPING IN THIS NURSERY OVER OTHERS BECAUSE THE PLANT STOCK IS FRESH AND IS GUARANTEED. OVERALL, IT IS THE EXCELLENT STAFF WHICH DRAWS ME BACK TO THIS STORE.
