I live in a pricey neighborhood where the local services seem to be pricier. Nessi was professional, did a good job, was on time, but charged 2 hours including a significant amount of time spent talking to me about non-business related matters. I have the impression this isn't unusual in this neighborhood (Palo Alto).

They have done a lot of work for us over the years. They are responsive and their prices are entirely appropriate for this area. It is a family owned business and we really have had good response from them over the years. We have referred them to other people and they have been thrilled.

The electrician and his assistant from Nessi Electric were on time, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this company.
