Maria Zamora

I called and left a message for Maria after reading all of the wonderful things on Angie's list. Her husband, who translates for her, called back the next night and they came over to see the house within an hour. They were here for 45 minutes getting a detailed description of what was to be done. They named a price 20% higher than we've ever been quoted, but because of the reports here, we agreed to it and I went out and bought the cleaning supplies that she said she wanted to use. The night before she was to come clean, her husband called and said that there had been a mistake in the schedule and there was no place in her schedule for us. I am quite angry at her and her husband for wasting our time and our money. There were only 48 hours between the time they came to look at the house and the day she was supposed to come to work. They should never have come over, entered into a price discussion or told me to buy supplies if there was no room in her schedule for our house.

Maria did a terrific job. Very thorough and conscientious. We will definitely have her clean our house on a regular basis.

It went great! We were delighted with the work Maria Zamora housecleaning and Emilia Zamora with window cleaning. They spent six hours doing our move-out cleaning, working hard and efficiently. When they were finished, our house and the windows were completely clean and gleaming.

MARIA HAS BEEN CLEANING MY HOUSE ONCE A WEEK FOR OVER 5 YEARS. SHE WORKS ALONE, BUT IS HAPPY TO BRING HER SISTER-IN-LAW IF YOU WANT THE JOB DONE QUICKER. SHE IS HONEST AS THE DAY IS LONG. ALL THE LOOSE CHANGE AND LOOSE EARRINGS FROM THE KIDS ARE NEATLY STACKED UP, AND SHE NEVER COMPLAINS ABOUT ANYTHING (EVEN WHEN IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO WALK INTO ONE OF THE KIDS' BEDROOMS). SHE WILL DO LAUNDRY, IRONING, WHATEVER YOU ASK. SHE EVEN HELPED ME ONE DAY WITH A SEWING PROJECT! ANOTHER TIME I HAD HER MAKE A BATCH OF TAMALES AND ENCHILADAS BECAUSE I RAN OUT OF IDEAS FOR DINNER (SHE'S A FABULOUS COOK). I WOULD HAVE HER HERE TWICE AS OFTEN IF I WORKED FULL TIME. MARIA PREFERS TO WORK IN THE PALO ALTO TO SAN CARLOS AREA (TO SAVE ON DRIVING TIME).
