THIS MAY SEEM RIDICULOUS TO PAY TO REPAIR AN OLD FAN WHEN YOU CAN BUY A NEW ONE AT HOME DEPOT FOR LESS THAN $75, BUT CASABLANCA FANS ARE WORTH IT: THEY SELF-BALANCE, ARE QUIET AND POWERFUL, AND GORGEOUS TO LOOK AT. THIS ONE HAS LIGHT UNITS WITH INTELLITOUCH ELECTRICAL CONTROL OF FAN, AND LIGHTS WIRED TO BOTH WALL SWITCH AND FAN PULL CORDS. MARCELLI LIGHTING IS AN ESTABLISHED ONE-MAN SHOP WITH EXPERIENCE IN ALL KINDS OF CEILING FANS, AND OTHER LIGHTING. HE DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM IN ABOUT 2 MINUTES, GOT ALL THE RIGHT PARTS ORDERED IN A FEW MORE MINUTES, AND EVEN GOT ME A REPLACEMENT GLASS FOR ONE OF THE 5 MATCHING BULB COVERS. THE UNIT WAS REPAIRED AND READY FOR PICKUP WITHIN 10 DAYS.

THIS STORE IS AMAZING. THE OWNER TOOK OVER A HALF AN HOUR TO HELP ME TROUBLESHOOT ON TWO OCCASIONS THAT I HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE SAME FAN. HE DID NOT CHARGE ME ANYTHING AND NOW THE FAN (AND LIGHTS) PURR LIKE A KITTEN.
