Excellent! The work was performed to our satisfaction. Until we were satisfied Rajiv requested to get it redone few times. All the design tips were amazing and they even helped us choose the wall and flooring colors. Thanks Kanler!

After talking to several contractors we decided to go with Kanler because the timeliness in responding and giving us an estimate. Some other contractors didn't have email or weren’t responsive in answering the phone/text. Kanler is really up to date with technology. Email and text is part of their communication. Overall my husband and I are very happy with the outcome of the project. Kanler followed the timeline as closely as permitted and is very knowledgeable about all the aspects of the remodeling process. They helped us a lot by giving us advice and suggestions for products and solutions that matches our taste and stayed within budget. We worked with John and Fernando and I found working with them very pleasant. They are both very professional and knowledgeable, and they always responded to our questions and comments in a timely manner. Kanler's service is slightly more expensive, however, if you want high quality and efficiency you will enjoy working with them.

We hired Kanler when moving from Boston to the Bay Area. We had a house that was in a really bad state thanks to the tenants who were living there. We had a Vietnamese contractor lined up to do all of our work but he bailed on us one day before we got here. Kanler came to our rescue and did a marvelous job. Thanks to complete home remodeling they did for us, we were able to sell our house in Sunnyvale at a remarkable value (all buyers perceived our house as newly built) and upgrade to Saratoga. We now plan to remodel our house in Saratoga and will be using Kanler again. The best thing about them, if they tell you a price and a time estimate, they don't budge, they get it done without going over either one of them.

As a young professional working at Facebook, I bought a fixer upper in downtown San Jose area, and then hired Kanler to flip the house for me. I found them be very professional, fast and inexpensive. I care about technology a lot  and the stood apart as being very technologically advanced. Overall, really good experience and I highly recommend them to anyone.
