Very friendly and polite. Super fast. Only charged me for one item. I scheduled online the night before, very convenient!

He was excellent, he was supposed to come between 10 and 11, but he got late, and he did call. When they came, they were efficient, cleaned up beautifully, and I would be very satisfied to hire them. I think the price was okay for me, as they were the only ones who were able to help me on the day of the service.

We had them booked to arrive on a Saturday morning between 11:00 and 1. At 1:30 I called them to see when they would be arriving. Apparently they had been held up on another job, so we rescheduled them for later the same day. At that point they arrived on time, were very professional and pleasant, and did a terrific job cleaning up after themselves. I would not hesitate to use them again.

We had them scheduled to come between 4 and 6 pm on Saturday. They did not show. At 7pm I e-mailed them and asked them if they forgot about me. Victor immediately called and said that he was so sorry but they had forgotten about me. We rescheduled for 9 am Sunday. This time they showed up on time. They worked quickly. They moved heavy, bulky items down the stairs without damaging the walls or anything else. They were pleasant and worked quickly. They filled 4/5 of their truck. As far as the price goes I am including the tips that I gave to each gentleman.

They did a good job, no hassel at all. Their price seems ok and they moved very fast to take away the junk with only 2 guys including the owner Omar. They couldn't keep the initial appointment time and had to reschedule at the last minute. Luckily I was anticipating that from other Angie's list comments and didn't waste time or a trip. The person over the phone agreed to do a minor handy man work during the job. But the 2 guys that showed up didn't have screw driver with them. Oh, well. The overall experience was very good and they are easy to work with. I would hire them again.

Omar and his associate were able to haul off 3 cubic yards of old bricks and concrete rubble, along with 1/8 truckload of other debris, which had been sitting around our backyard. It took them about an hour and half to clear things away. They left the areas very clean. The only hitch was scheduling. Initially they had to cancel because a truck broke down. Not a problem for me, but they didn't show up for the rescheduled appointment -- because they were expecting me for me to call back and confirm the time by phone. I had earlier confirmed by email. But we rescheduled again, and then they showed up and took care of things. So if they call you and leave a message that they're about to head over, definitely return their call to confirm!

They were great. Arrived on time. Had good attitudes. Were clear about what they could do. Did it and left.

I thought they were quite good at what they did. They responded very promptly. It turns out that they couldn't get everything the first load so they came back the next day. I would recommend them to anyone. They were good to work with.

They did a good job, they would come out on time and they took everything away that they were supposed to. The only thing I would say about them is that make sure you qualify for their specials if they have one, ask them and if they say yes get a commitment.

Hauled away kitchen cabinets, tile countertops, drywall, etc that I had already demolished and piled on the floor.

It was easy. I reserved on line the night before; they confirmed on line. Richard called 30 minutes prior. We had a 9-11 window; Richard and Sebastian were here at 11:00 a.m. We thought it'd take about 45 min; they completed work in 41 minutes! We had two flights of stairs. No complaints or excuses. There's a $15 discount when you order on line, but Richard took the Angie's List $20 coupon without any problems. In fact, since I'll be a repeat customer, Richard said they'd always give me a $20 discount. They even took my Visa card. They were careful, efficient, and nice. We'll use them again.

They had told us they would be here between 8 and 10 am. When they hadn't arrived or contacted us at 10, we began calling them, but only got an answering machine. They finally arrived around 11:30, telling us they were delayed because another job took longer than expected. When we pointed out that they should have called us, they gave us a discount.

Pretty well. They did spend some time figuring out how to take the unit off the wall. I had to help them out with ideas. And then when one of the guys went to get a dolly he brought back the smallest dolly I've ever seen and was only able to put it under one side of the unit. Fortunately nothing got scratched but I expected them to actually bring a big dolly with big wheels. (Note: This dolly was four pieces of two by four in a square with wheels attached. And probably about 1 foot by 1.5 feet.)

I thought they were very efficient, and that they took away a range of things and that was worth it for me.

They were late by a couple hours at least. They only brought two people. Then they tried to get away without taking the soggy carpet. They didn't try to add any extra charges though so the original price was all I had to pay.

I ordered on line and was able to see availability and receive an email confirmation right away. The two guys came on time within the alloted time frame and they worked very quickly. The pricing was straight forward and they swept the area afterward, which was much appreciated.

Terrific experience! I booked on line with the easy to use scheduler and received an email confirmation shortly after. Scheduled the work 3 days in advance. I was really not sure how much of the job they would be able to perform since our side yard and back yard dog run were filled with disassembled fence material, concrete blocks; mostly would they dig out the huge piles of dirt and gravel among the other debris. The crew called 20 minutes before arriving, within the 2 hour appointment window arranged on line. My wife handled the on-site contact. The crew was terrific, professional and super friendly. They examined the workload and we agreed on a fair price (the price is negotiated on site). They were able to perform all of the work; including all of the digging out piles of dirt from the low clearance dog run. The crew worked really hard for about 3 hours. The workmanship was done with a total respect for our backyard. Things were thoughtfully cleaned up, they even leveled out the dog run surface and cleaned it all down; we have never seen the place that clean! We are absolutely satisfied with the work!

Very fast and successful operation. The team arrived towards the end of the two-hour window for an appointment I booked on-line. They were careful about what to take. They were able to take almost everything: only some consumer batteries (e.g. AA, 9V) didn't go but I can now recycle those curbside so it worked out well. They took only about 20 minutes, and swept up well at the end so the place was pretty clean. I wasn't sure what this would cost. In the end based on quantity (by a kind of rough appraisal they do) it came out more than I expected but within the range they had quoted on arrival. This was worth it to me, especially handling the hazardous stuff with everything else in one operation rather than running around with it.

I booked online. 2 haulers showed up on time. They stayed for hours doing a big, messy job. We had a torn up deck that was huge - the debris filled the truck. It was a lot of work and it was done professionally. I gave them a big tip.

We called several haulers to get quotes on hauling away the hot tub. Junk General was the quickest to respond. In fact, when one of their appointments canceled, they rescheduled with us to show up that very day, thus completing the job before other haulers even responded. They got the job done quickly, and swept up afterwards. They have an informative website.

It was great. Prior to showing up, I received a phone call letting me know the driver was on the way. When the two guys arrived, they were professional, polite and very fast. I was home by myself at the time and having trustworthy people coming by the house is very important for me, and I would definitely rehire Junk General!

The JUNKGENERAL did an excellent job. They cleared out my garage and cleaned up afterwards. I had experience with another business of this sort and their truck was small and the people did not look too happy.
