Everyone I spoke with on the phone were polite and professional. The guys with the truck showed up earlier than expected and I was not quite ready for them to swarm my 25 years of stuff that I had sitting in the driveway and home. They moved fast but there was too many of them for me to verify what was going into the truck as stuff I didn't want. in total there was 3 trucks full of men filling the trucks. They didn't try to maximize the space in the trucks in order to fit everything in that should had fit in the space i was paying for and at one point I was told that I had gone over the space as if he was going to charge me more. when they were done, I was asked for a credit card to pay what I was quoted. I handed my Amex to the main guy that seemed to be the boss, while I was paying, 3 other guys walked up and one stood behind me to my left and the other 2 stood I front of me to the right. The 2 guys were trying to draw my attention from the other guy who I caught snapping pictures of the front and back of my Amex! this was extremely unnerving and I was shocked by how smoothly they executed the whole distraction. I called Amex and had to freeze my card during my move. this did not help but I am glad I caught it before they went and ran up my card thousands of dollars! use this company at your own risk they obviously do not screen employees to well!
