Went great. I called, left a message asking for an estimate and indicated it would be ok for someone to just drive by to eyeball it as I wouldn't necessarily be home. Eric did, and called me with an estimate and time that he would do the work if I accepted the estimate. I called him back, and he did the work. Again I wasn't home but he was ok with me leaving the check in an envelope taped to my front door. He called after to follow up and make sure I was satisfied with the job. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. We have a whole garage and two garden sheds to clean out--I will definitely call again.

Jim did an absolutely great job! He had the most reasonable/least expensive price. He arrived on time, was very pleasant and didn't waste any time getting right to work. He did the job (which even included detaching the large mirror from the dresser) in about 20 mins. I also appreciated the care he took in removing the furniture (large/heavy pieces) very carefully--no bumping/hitting walls or door jams in what was a rather tight front door exit. Would totally hire him again!

Jim is a very nice guy who is very professional, punctual and does a thorough job. He was very flexible with scheduling a visit to our house to give us an estimate. His price was good, so we scheduled a time to come and remove the debris. He showed up on time and quickly and cleanly removed our huge pile of debris. I would definitely recommend him to others and use him again.

On time for the estimate; on time for the job. Jim actually did the work himself, and did it meticulously....as if he was cleaning up his own place. And all at a great price.

He was good and very reasonable. He stuck with the price he said, he was prompt and under priced compared to others.

He arrived promptly, worked quickly, and left the area even cleaner than it was before he came -- sweeping the entire area after loading his truck. We were very pleased with his work, and will definitely hire him again!

I needed to excavate a water pipe between my pool and the pool filter that was buried beneath several inches of concrete and another foot+ of adobe clay soil. The concrete over the whole area was badly cracked, so I decided to take it all out. I've rarely seen a company as highly rated in any category as Jim's "No Hassle" service was, so I called him. The reports turned out to be "spot on." I must have made the job sound bigger than it actually was, because Jim thought he wouldn't be able to fit it in until the end of the month (and I was calling at the start of the month). But he was happy to come over the next Saturday morning to look over the job and give me an estimate and a better idea of the timing. When he saw that the job was actually smaller than he thought I was describing (about a half-day), he said he thought he would be able to fit it in the following Friday, but he promised to call me later that day after he'd had a chance to go over his calendar more closely. I had previously had another company out to bid on it, and Jim's bid was literally half of the other bid. He did indeed call back that day and we arranged for the work to be done on the day he'd proposed. He called the evening before (and left a message) and then early Friday morning to confirm that we were still on and ask if there were any changes; I really appreciated that. He had promised to be at the house by 8:30, but he called around 8:00 to let me know he was running a bit late and would be there by 9-9:15. He arrived just after 9 with his helper, his truck and all his tools, ready to go. We went over the job again to make sure he knew exactly what I wanted, then got to work. He had a couple of questions along the way, but he and his helper Eduardo worked quickly. Digging up the pipe turned out to be very difficult because of tree roots (some 4-5") that ran over the pipe. He offered to keep digging but also gave me some excellent suggestions on how I could deal with the basic problem, the leaking pipe. On the basis of his recommendations, we called the job "done." He had taken out all the concrete and dug up 90% of the pipe at that point. Because we agreed not to go the rest of the way and expose the full length of the pipe, he said he would reduce the cost he'd originally quoted. He and Eduardo cleaned up the site very well (even cleaned a shovel and other tools of mine that I'd left out on the site but he didn't use). They were not able to haul all of the concrete away because his truck was now full, but he stacked the remainder very neatly on the side and promised to come back, probably the same day or no later than the next morning and pick it up. I'm writing this report about an hour after he left, so he has not come back yet, but he's the sort of person you feel confident enough to know that it will get done when he says it will.

Extremely well -- much better than expected. I have used other companies like this previously, but they were late, expensive, slow, and complaining, whereas my local fellow here was right on time, inexpensive, fast, and cheerful -- night and day difference.

Excellent job! Jim is exactly as his business card says: reliable, flexible, and professional. I had miscalculated how much junk was really there, and Jim was willing to just keep taking stuff until he was sure his truck was full. As he finished, he asked what else we wanted done. We not only would hire him again, we WILL hire him again! Jim is one of the nicest and most competent people I have used.

Very flexible on scheduling, took a company check, not a flake as many haulers are. He did a fine job but when I asked him about another job, we didn't have a 2nd person. I think he must only have them work for him when needed...I'm fine with that but make sure to tell him if you are moving stuff that needs multiple people.

Called Jim for an estimate - he answered the phone personally and promptly, and came over that afternoon to give the estimate. I originally asked for an estimate for demo and hauling which he estimated at $1250 to take out all bricks and mortar ( 250 sq ft) and haul away. After getting some more estimates for the brick work, I decided to have the mason take out and salvage the bricks to reuse, so I called Jim back and asked for an estimate for just hauling away the broken bricks and mortar. He gave me the estimate on the phone, came out promptly at the agreed time, worked quickly and cleaned up well. He did a couple of extra things like moving the basketball hoop back in place, and removing some debris from the pile of sand that will be reused. Great experience overall.

They were great to work with. They came out promptly and gave us a direct quote, performed the job two days later, very quick, neatly, totally to spec, and were very nice to work with. They also do kitchen demolitions and a variety of hauling and I believe moving work. I would highly recommend them!

This is a GREAT company. Jim answered his call right away (not a message) made and appointment and showed up right on time (that's a change from some of the others I hired). He loaded up quickly and took a full load and the price was just as he said $125. This guy knows how to run a business! Then, without me even asking, he swept up the area and left the area neat and clean. I recommend this company and would use him again in a minute. I have his card next to my desk and will call him whenever I need hauling.
