HARRISON'S HEATING & AIR COND

We had an extremely noisy heating system in our family room. The length of pipe between the unit and return air duct was about 3 foot in length. Every time we put the heating on it was impossible to hear the TV. We asked Mr Harrison to come and take a look and see if he could help. Mr Harrison arrived on time and was very professional. We had two options- redirect the pipes to an area outside the family room or use a creative approach to lengthening and sound proofing the existing duct. The first option would have been prohibitively expensive, we would have had to cut through walls and it would have taken 2-3 days. So we went with the second option and hoped we had made the right decision. A very nice work man turned up a few days later to creatively re duct the pipes in the closet. Its hard to describe, but basically he installed new, very insulated pipes like a snake extending the pipes to about 12 feet in length so any noise would be reduced by the time it reached the out flow grill. He then proceeded to insulate the heating unit and the ceiling of the closet. When we fired up the heater the noise reduction was dramatic- at least 80% quieter. He did a very good job extremely neat and tidy and the closet looks great! Mr Harrison's company's creative approach actually saved us a lot of money. thank you
