SEROP IS A CRAFTSMAN WHO DOES WORK ON TIME AND CAN OVERCOME WHATEVER DIFFICULTIES DUE TO EXISTING WIRING OR PLUMBING PROBLEMS THAT WILL ARISE DURING A JOB. HE'S OF VERY HIGH INTEGRITY WHO IF ANYTHING, DOES NOT CHARGE ENOUGH FOR HIS WORK.
