They did 1 bathroom at a time, so it did take some time. A slight bit longer than I was hoping for, but given the current market and the difficulty of the work it was not out of my expectation.
For the labor cost, there was no increase from the original price (with 1 very small exception that was clearly not their responsibility - I had a problem with the main water valve, but I had already known this was a potential problem)
For the material cost, we went far over budget, but this we knew would happen due to our tastes.
In the end we were very happy with the results.
The Good:
excellent design
good quality work
Easy to work with
any problems were quickly resolved
The Bad:
This was a lot of the subcontractors second job and a lot of the work was done on weekends. This also wasn't made clear up front.
Bottom line:
If you want nice looking modern style work at a reasonable price, I highly recommend HAMTA. The results vs price is superb. I plan to use them again on any future bathroom or kitchen remodels.
