We had Green Again install a french drain around our house in 2001. The sump pump is no longer working and I need it replaced. I wanted to talk to Green Again about this, since they installed a grate over the drain as well as protective cloth. I'd like to know if we need to do anything special when we replace the sump. I've called numerous times over a period of 3 weeks and left messages on 3 occasions. I have left messages on all of their extensions and have gotten no reply. This has been very frustrating. Even if they are really busy, they could at least call and let me know. I would not do business with them again, because I'd worry about them not returning my calls.

They are very good! I have used them before in the past. I am thinking of using them to do landscaping work.
