Golden Bay Glass is terrific!! First of all, you get a live person answering your phone call - how often does that occur? Furthermore, you are talking with a very pleasant, sweet person; she will take down what you need and then Bob will call you to schedule the job. I explained that my job was very small; we had three small windows that had been broken for years, more accurately for decades; this is my year to get things done! Golden Bay Glass treated me like my job was the biggest they had ever had! After my job was scheduled, they called me that morning to confirm; I just love the fact they communicate with you! Jose was the technician who was assigned to replace my windows; he was polite, considerate and friendly; I felt very comfortable with him in my house. Jose did an excellent job; cleaned up all the broken glass and cardboard, and left the areas very neat. Even though my needs were small, I was treated with great respect and care. I highly recommend Golden Bay Glass; there is a reason they are called "Golden", they are a ray of sunshine when it comes to a service company!

Repairman was punctual and very polite and friendly. Work was done in a prompt manner. The repair man cleaned up and gave me tips on how to look after the new window.

They were punctual with the initial bid and followed up to schedule the appointment and do the work. 

They were courteous and responsive on the phone and in person.

Golden Bay came out very quickly and did measurements, etc to get a piece of tempered glass.  In the interim time period they used a temporary replacement, and the service and communication were excellent.

Shawn took my call and she was very helpful and set up an appointment for Bob to do an on-site measurement. I received the quote within 1 day of the visit. Since I was comparing vendors, I called three or four other glass companies with so-so results and responsiveness. I picked Golden Bay Glass because they were responsive and assured me they could get the job done on-time. Once I called and gave them the go ahead, Chuck called me right away and told the schedule and what day and time the crew would show up. The crew showed up on time, removed the old glass and did a very nice, clean job installing the new glass. I would definitely use them again and recommend them for large glass work.

I was very satisfied with them. They were professional, fast, came quickly, and I have no complaints. I thought everything was first rate.

Bottom line, I called around 9am, and the job was finished by noon, with very high quality and pleasant people. Highly recommended.

I talked on the phone and got estimates. Their prices were much lower than other folks. I brought in the medicine cabinet doors, and they helped me figure out how to measure and order what I wanted. They were really helpful. I wanted to save money, so they gave me clear instructions for how to buy the right supplies to install the doors myself (glueing the mirrors on the doors, and then rehanging them). It was really easy.

I had an older All Weather sliding window that would not shut do to a bowed frame. After finding Golden Bay in Angie's list, I worked with Chuck to schedule someone to come out and do the repair. They were very accommodating when I needed to reschedule a couple of times, and had someone to my house promptly when the date and time was finally set. The repair, which I thought would be a big deal, took approximately 10 minutes, and I was back in business. Great job, highly recommended.

Golden Bay Glass took the order over the phone and explained to me that their estimators make their own schedules and would call us within a couple of days. Next day, my wife received a call from the scheduler who was most concerned about fitting in to her schedule (imagine that)! He came out at the appointed time, measured the window, explained the choices, and left us a quotation. We called and placed our order, and the crew came at the agreed time, did the work quickly, quietly and efficiently and cleaned up (imagine that)! This is how home repair should work.

The estimator kept a scheduled appointment. I had obtained another estimate, but because this company also works for the management company where I live (town home community), I selected Golden Bay although their estimate was just slightly higher.
