Concrete Repair
It didn't go at all. I have called this man three times now (during two different seasons of the year) and left a message. He has yet to return any of my calls. I suppose that he could be just so good that he is so busy that he doesn't have the time to answer my call, but if that's the case, he's also poor business-person. The least he could do is call back and explain that he's not currently taking on any clients. Another explanation is that he's just rude and/or incompetent.

Concrete Repair
Bruce inspected the foundation of our home. The foundation was in good shape, but we needed drainage work. We hired him back as a consultant to review our drainage plans. He is very knowledgeable about local soils, codes and foundation repair technologies.
