Fiori Glass

We were pleased over all. We had to get a price adjustment on some basement windows that we had ordered. It had many color choices and I would have maybe picked another one. I was kind of overwhelmed with the whole project. I knew I wanted a different color but It did not come up. He was not acting as a sales person by asking and giving us our color options. He never gave us our color choices. I thought I was getting what I wanted, but it was just a basic color in the end. I can't blame him completely. We had flat windows where we wanted casement choices, but they did honor that price adjustment. We just placed the orders and things were over sighted on my part too. They are very nice windows. The manufacture wanted to delay the install because they had a mechanical break down at the plant. It slowed it down about three weeks. We did not get to finish.  the project before Christmas.
