To begin, Edwardo hired inexperienced workers he did not supervise or give direction of the duties to be performed. Upon inspection, he stated the foundation was adequate and no additional work for support was needed. He stated the inspectors had approved everything. He had lied to me on numerous occasions including the ones listed above. When I would question him, he would state that he has found the way of God. Initially, I gave him the benefit of the doubt but then the lies were over and I just wanted to be out of the situation. Edwardo stole money, tools, and charged tools on my credit card. He fraudulently appropriated the title to my truck. We had agreed that I would pay him in stages as the work was done. As time passed, the payment schedule accelerated as he said there were unsuspected costs. He lied about the hours the crew worked and the rate he was paying his crew. If anyone hires him, the person is asking for problems.
