Bob is a meticulous details guy and takes a lot of pride in his work. However, he is a little ornery and likes things only his way. This makes him slower than normal at all things. In addition, he only takes cash, which makes everything a little more difficult. He's a great carpenter, but he could use more people skills. In the end, the work was good, but we'd rather avoid the hassles.
