They were prompt and finished on time. They only work with abs, cast iron not offered by any local contractors we are aware of.

They responded very quickly. Their involvement in the job was such that they did more than what was needed. They manipulated things and tried to sell more things which were actually not needed. I would recommend others to keep them restricted to things and do not let them do what they want and to be little watchful with them. I would consider in using them in the future.

Excellent. Isaac came out promptly for an estimate. Having already received 6 estimates, I went with his company as he was very knowledgeable and had done many similar jobs in Menlo Park (which has particular requirements). The quote was about what other companies had provided, but the Menlo Park experience and his knowledge sealed the deal. The work started immediately, and was finished in one week. The job was very professionally done.

The job went pretty smoothly. We spent quite a bit of time talking to multiple plumbers and the public works guys working for the city. We finally decided to go with these guys because they were reasonably responsive and quoted us a fair price. They took the time to tell us where the sewage line ran to the street and gave us few options for the future. We were pretty happy that I paid what was quoted without getting the run around. I am not sure whether it is industry standard or not but they offered to give back the cost of locating the clean-out access if we use them to install one on the sidewalk. Since he wrote it on the invoice, I think it should be good if we end up choosing them. Overall the service personnel were courteous and friendly.

Sewer line isn't leaking yet. Slammed the new water heaters in, scratching and denting them. Didn't install correctly, some users still having hot water issues (none or not enought). Didn't turn the hot water back on after installation, just packed up and left. Didn't label the heaters, can't tell which goes to which apartment.

I HAVE USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND WILL USE THEM AGAIN. THE PRICE WAS OKAY, AND OTHER PEOPLE I KNOW USE THEIR SERVICES TOO. I HAVE USED THEM FOR DIFFERENT THINGS LIKE MY HEATING AS WELL. THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY NICE TO ME.

REPLACED THE BALL & FLAPPER MECHANISM STRUCTURE FOR MY TOILET. I WASN'T TO HAPPY WITH THE ESTIMATE BUT THEY EXPLAIN TO ME AFTER THEY REPAIRED MY TOILET NOT BEFORE. THAT IS WAS GOING TO COST ME $175 SINCE IT WAS THE NIGHT RATE. IF I KNEW THIS BEFORE I WOULD HAVE WAITED UNTIL THE NEXT DAY.
