We use an extremely safe and non toxic citrus-based cleaning solution and an exclusive very low moisture cleaning method to deliver the best, longest lasting results in the industry. The "Plus" in Citrus Plus represents your option to add pro-biotic sanitizer to anything we clean - a BENEFICIAL bacteria which will eliminate harmful bacteria, odors, germs, and allergens, and will continue working for several days after application, unlike traditional "disinfectants". We are pioneering the pro-biotic cleaning evolution in The Bay Area and beyond! Our solution is safe, non-toxic, and very effective at dissolving and neutralizing the contaminants and allergens in your carpet. This outstanding formula eliminates the residual problems caused by steam, shampoo, and heavy detergent cleaning so your carpets stay cleaner longer. We also clean upholstery, tile and grout, and will offer vehicle detailing soon. We begin with an initial vacuum cleaning of the rooms and baseboards using the highest quality HEPA filtered vacuum from Lindhaus. Next, we lightly pre-spray the entire carpet with our citrus cleaning solution, taking care NOT to soak your carpet or padding underneath. Then the magic begins - we utilize a rotary cleaning machine with a "dirt napper" brush and bonnet system which activates the solution, thoroughly cleans the carpet fibers and brings deeply embedded soils to the surface, where we can vacuum them away in our final step. We insist on a Lindhaus vacuum because of how well it picks up and keeps dirt and particulates IN the vacuum while the HEPA air filtration system prevents it from escaping. In this respect, the air in your home is actually being cleaned and filtered the whole time we're vacuuming. We're looking forward to serving you soon!

He admited that he would not come up to San Carlos for a small job like this (3 rooms and a hallway) unless he had other jobs booked in the area. After he told me 5 or 6 times how this wasnt going to work an the job was too small, I told him that since he did not want to do the job and would not honor the coupon special price, that I would find someone else, who wanted to honor their deals on Angies List!
He may have a lot of "A" ratings if you live in Santa Clara, but dont expect him to go elsewhere on the peninsula. Citrus Plus Cleaning gets an "F" from me, for poor customer service, misrepresentation and fradulent coupon offers. (This is my first bad review ever!)

We have to draw a geographical line as to how far we can travel to serve a client and still stay in business. I was also trying to explain to you that you were asking for 2 rooms (1 regular room and 2 1/2 rooms) and a hall (+ an area rug that's not included in the deal) so you'd be paying TOO MUCH for that if you paid $199, because 2 rooms + hall is only $155 standard pricing. I was advocating for you, and I'm sorry there was a misunderstanding - the last thing I wanted to do was make you upset. I wish you well."
