He seemed genuinely interested in helping me get good service, even if his company couldn't do the work.

Called ahead to make appt. left voicemail. They called back within minutes. They were able to accommodate my schedule for the appt to spray for ants. They called me at the time they were due to arrive saying they were running 30 min late. They were true to there word arriving 30 min late. Friendly courteous talkative guy came out and did a thorough job. No more ants. Small father son operation. They don't use computers in their business so no web presence or computerized receipts etc. Got the job done and they returned phone calls promptly and I was happy to support a small business.

I couldn't be happier and this is the third time I have used them. He will even stop by for free on Monday to check and make sure that all ants have disappeared.

We have used them twice and have been happy with them. It is an established company. They know exactly what they are doing and they use pet-safe products, not the stuff that we have to worry about. Their treatment is quick and effective. They come quickly and the response is quick. I have recommended them to other people in the neighborhood.

I have used their services for three years now. If you need them to come out between visits, the service call is at no charge. They make sure to let you know when they are coming out and leave a note if you are not home when they come.
