CAREFUL CLEAN LLC

They were very prompt to come out and give a quote. They arrived on the day they said they would and did a great job. Three guys came out to do the job and they were very careful. I have a couple of delicate areas in my house and they handled it really well. Their price was probably on par with other window cleaning services. I didn't do a lot of comparing and just went with my friend's referral.

They were scheduled to arrive at 9 a.m. and at 9:10 i called the owner and he said they were running late and would be here in a few minutes. They arrived at 10:10 with no update calls in between. When trying to back their equipment into my driveway they ran over my lawn twice. So I told them to go home. The owner did place a follow up call to see if he could rectify the situation.

Called on Wednesday and they came on Friday. Gave me an estimate of how long the job would take and did an excellent job in the estimated time.

VERY REASONABLY PRICED, PROMPT AND CLEAN.

They did not do such a great job. They did a very sloppy job on the windows. I am not happy with how it turned out. Initially, the price was very high and then they met the price I wanted. The only good thing I can say was they were punctual.

The men worked really hard and I was very impressed with their work ethic. They took off their shoes when they did the inside windows of my home. Being Japanese I was very impressed that they would show me this courtesy and show my house respect. Also they are very kind and considerate.

Excellent service, from the scheduling to the service, I was very, very pleased. Prompt scheduling (squeezed me in, when I was in a hurry) and cleaned the windows very quickly (1 hour) and very thoroughly. Highly recommended.

Appointment was for 8 am. They arrived a few minutes late, but had called me 15 minutes before 8, letting me know. Jermaine and I discussed what I wanted and within minutes they were washing. They brought all needed materials, except I had to provide them with warm water for their bucket, once only. Note: no hoses needed. They were efficient, effective, careful and there was no mess. My house has a lot of windows (Eichler) and they accomplished the job in under 2 hours, with no mess. Cost is hourly based, but their pace was appropriate. A job well done and without any hassles for me. They were even able to handle a challenging ladder placement (on stairs) in a careful and safe manner. They did the job better than I could have done it myself.

I've only used this company once. On this one experience, I can say that they answered the phone right away, were easy to communicate with on the phone, and scheduled quickly (I called Friday, they came Monday). They dispatched a two man crew in a van with ladders and plenty of equipment. They did a good job with cleaning. They spent more time than originally estimated, but still charged me the estimated price.

On time, very polite and well priced.

THE CREW IS TRUSTWORTHY AND VERY ACCOMMODATING. THEY TAKE THE TIME TO DO THE JOB WELL, CALLING CUSTOMERS TO INSPECT THE JOB BEFORE THEY LEAVE THE SITE.
