CANO'S PAINTING

I recently had the exterior of my house painted by Cano's Painting. I couldn't be happier. They did an excellent job. Very thorough prepping of the house, and Excellent painting. The entire crew was friendly, professional, polite, all of them paid close attention to detail. Carlos, who was in charge of the crew offered very helpful suggestions, and kept the job moving. As I said, I couldn't be happier, and I highly recommend them.

Very well, they even finished early. They did quality work and communicated very well.

I obviously trust Carlos completely, that his price will be fair, his work will be the best I've ever seen, and his attention to detail including bringing other issues to my attention will give me confidence that the job will be done right. Some people do this to increase a low-ball bid but in Carlos' case he brings it to my attention when it is a significant issue, and he performs the extra work at time & materials. I have only had this happen once and it was for significant issues.
 He and crew do an excellent job in preparation, something often overlooked but key to a good job. They use excellent materials (paint, primer, etc). They are sensitive to other issues whether it is noise in an environment with ongoing patient care, cleanliness, or time limitations.

We were very satisfied. They came on time, acted professionally, and cleaned up thoroughly at the finish.

The Canos team was amazing in their timeliness, professionalism and quality. They are easy to work with and kept me informed of their progress which I appreciated. It was a big job with time constraints and they worked well past the normal hours to make it all happen. I would highly recommend them.

Carlos came recommended by our realtor whom we (my husband and I) adore, so we had high expectations and Carlos exceeded them. He was very punctual both when we met for the estimate (which is free) and when he came to the house to do the work. He offered helpful suggestions on color, including a recommendation to paint the ceilings white which really lightened up the rooms. He used Benjamin Moore paint. He also removed a TV and bracket on the wall which we thought we would have to call a handyman in separately to do. He was very thorough, did all work exactly as we had requested, completed the job on time and for a very reasonable price. We strongly recommend Cano's Painting and will use Carlos for any future painting work we need.

Carlos did an excellent job. His team is made up of family members who were very polite, clean and spoke English well. His price was midway between the cheapest and most expensive bids I had received. Carlos has a good idea for color, and he made many good recommendations on color combinations. He used Benjamin Moore paints, when the other bidders were going to use the less expensive Kelly Moore paints. His team did the work in about 4 days, a bit quicker than I expected. He pointed out that some of the peeling problems we had were probably due to the use of water-based primer, and that he would use oil-based primer that would seep into the wood better. When he was done, he asked us to take our time to inspect everything and let him know if there was anything to touch up. We found a few places that needed a little extra work, and he was happy to come back and make them right. I could not have imagined a better experience with a painter. I would use Carlos again without hesitation.
