Ben Landis and his crew and subcontractors were courteous, prompt, efficient, professional, highly skilled, and knowledgeable. The cost of the project was very reasonable given its scope and the technical problems remodeling an old house. We've done several rounds of remodeling in the time we've lived here, and working with BRL Builders was by far the easiest and most satisfying experience we've had with a contractor. We will certainly use them again for any future projects.

We've worked with BRL on numerous projects, large and small, and will definitely continue to do so. Working with owner, Ben, is a pleasure. He's reliable, timely, trust-worthy and polite. His work is top notch. Not only is he detail-oriented, but very creative, and he always provides plenty of options. In general, he's just an all-around great guy--for instance, he spontaneously fixed the warped alignment on both our entrance gates (annoying us for years) and didn't charge. All of his sub contractors have done an excellent job as well. He's definitely our go-to guy when in need of a general contractor. I can't recommend him highly enough.

They worked every day from start to end of the project, were clean, professional and easy to work with. I made various changes along the way and Ben went out of his way to accomodate the changes, and there were little or no extra charges. They provided me with other contractors to complete added work and managed them for me. I was very happy with the work and results and would highly recommend Ben and his company.
After the project I asked his advice about another area unrelated to his project and he helped me correct an existing problem there as well.

When I had Ben come out the first time, he showed up exactly when he said he would. I didnt really have any plans for the kithcen nook and Ben had some great ideas so I figured I would let him run wild with it. It came out better than I hoped for. A few months after that I called Ben to see if he does laminate flooring and he explained to me that installing floating floors was one of his first jobs. I had him install it throughout my home and am extremely happy. The last project was just a small one. I wanted to have a few small shelves built for my kitchen, and he had some custom all wood shelves put together within a couple days. All in all I will use Ben and his crew for any project that comes up. Ive had many contractors work on my home in the past, and not all of them bad, but Ben provides a all around good experience. Easy to talk with, good ideas, and his cost is ideal.
