Our washing machine drain line was clogged and backing up into the sink.  We needed to use the machine that day.  Made a same-day appointment.  Nate came on the early side of that appointment and fixed the problem which involved getting up onto the roof to clean out the line.  We had to join some sort of club to get a lower rate but that is OK.  He said he could do a free check of our water heater which we OK'd as it is fairly old.  He did find that the anode rod needed replacement, but we felt the suggested fix should be done to prolong the life of the unit.
